My name is Micheál and I've always had an interest in food, fat loss and how it relates to exercise. 

I started with no idea about how proper nutrition works. (that I borrowed from my girlfriend) Since then I've started small, learned as much a Is could about the world of nutrition and at more than one point even hired my own nutrition coach!
